Mobilink Bank Graduates 13 Women-Led Startups from WIN Incubator Program

ISLAMABAD: Mobilink Bank has successfully graduated 13 women-led enterprises from its ‘Women Inspirational Network (WIN) Incubator Program,’ equipping them with essential skills, financial literacy, and digital tools to support their business growth. The graduation ceremony took place in Islamabad on International Women’s Day, bringing together stakeholders, industry leaders, businesswomen, and partner organizations to celebrate the achievements of these entrepreneurs.
The event recognized the challenges faced by women in business and highlighted the importance of financial inclusion and support for women-led enterprises. Mobilink Bank announced the top-performing startups, with Ecobricks winning the Best Startup Award along with a prize of PKR 1 million. Recycle Bin and EcoGrow each received PKR 500,000 as winners of the Innovation Challenge, aimed at encouraging innovative solutions and supporting sustainable business practices.
Mobilink Bank President and CEO Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary emphasized the bank’s commitment to empowering women and fostering economic growth. He stated that the WIN Incubator Program is part of the bank’s broader efforts to promote financial inclusion and create opportunities for women entrepreneurs.
Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch attended the event as the chief guest and praised the success of the inaugural cohort. She expressed optimism about the future of the program and the positive impact of such initiatives on women’s empowerment in Pakistan.
The bank also announced the launch of the program’s second cohort, aiming to further support women-led businesses by providing financial literacy, digital skills, and access to resources. Participants of the WIN Incubator expressed gratitude to Mobilink Bank for the support and resources that enabled them to enhance their business capabilities and financial resilience.
